AQB Science Students Publish Their Research in Peer-Reviewed Journals

Al-Quds Bard College congratulates its biology students: Malak Zawahreh and Sama Darwish, and its Molecular Genetics student, Crine Said on publishing scientific research in peer-reviewed articles. The natural sciences and computing division at AQB College recently published the senior projects research papers for three students in the division, the research papers were published in peer-reviewed research articles, two students (Sama Darwish and Malak Zwahreh) from the biology program and one student (Carine Said) from the molecular genetics program at the College.

On May 18th, students from the Master of Arts in Teaching program (MAT) came together for the Classroom Research Project Presentation Day via Zoom. They presented their innovative research projects in English, Math, and Science subjects, which included diverse teaching methods focusing on active learning techniques, problem-solving methods, critical thinking skills,  and addressing problems of practice related to students learning in their classrooms. Guided by their dedicated advisors and the critical insights of presentation committee members, these projects showcase the hard work and passion our future educators bring to the field.
