تبارك كلية القدس بارد للدكتور سامح الحلاق، نائب الرئيس المساعد للشؤون المالية والإدارية، على ترقيته لرتبة أستاذ مشارك “Associate Professor” في الاقتصاد. وقد حصل الدكتور سامح الحلاق على شهادة الدكتوراه من جامعة برجيشه فوبرتال في ألمانيا، حيث عمد بعد ذلك على طرح مساقات في تخصص الاقتصاد والتمويل والذي سمي لاحقا تخصص الفكر الإجتماعي، الاقتصاد، والسياسات العامة. وخلال السنوات السابقة نشر د. حلاق الكثير من الأبحاث العلمية في مجالات ودوريات محكمة عالمية يتراوح تصنيفها بين Q1 , Q2 وفقاً لمقياس الدالة quartile.
ومن أحد أبحاثه كان بحث بعنوان: "استكشاف العوامل والفجوات: مشاركة المرأة في سوق العمل في المناطق الفلسطينية: القدس الشرقية، الضفة الغربية، وقطاع غزة"

Al-Quds Bard College congratulates Dr. Sameh Al-Hallaq, Assistant Vice President for Financial and Administrative Affairs, on his appointment as Associate Professor. “Associate Professor”In Economics. Dr. Sameh Al-Hallaq obtained his PhD from the University of Bergisch Wuppertal in Germany, where he then began offering courses ranging from advanced quantitative research, Labor economics, public finance, and project evaluation, which was later called “Social Thought, Economics, and Public Policy Program.” During the previous years, Dr. Hallaq published many scientific research papers in international refereed fields and journals, with classifications ranging between Q1 and Q2 . According to the quartile function scale.
One of his latest research was titled: “Exploring Factors and Disparities: Female Labor Force Participation in the Palestinian Regions: East Jerusalem, West Bank, and Gaza Strip.” Forum for Social Economics. (2024), 1-24. DOI - 10.1080/07360932.2024.2360579
